Deleting data from a connected Facebook or Instagram account
Clip Rewards clippers can connect a Facebook Page or an Instagram professional account so the views on their clips can be counted. You can have everything we hold from that account deleted in any of these ways:
- In StreamNeeds: open your clipper dashboard, go to Settings, and press Remove next to the account. It is deleted at once, with its videos and view readings. You can also delete your whole clipper account from the same page.
- In Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → StreamNeeds → Remove, and tick the option to delete your data. We are notified and delete it immediately.
- In Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → StreamNeeds → Remove. We are notified and stop reading the account straight away; ask for deletion here or by email to remove what we hold.
- By email: write to streamneeds@sucksmedia.com from the email address of your clipper account. We delete within 30 days and confirm by reply.
Payout records a creator has already made to you stay with that creator, as their own financial record. See our Privacy Policy (section 7.9) for everything we read and how long we keep it.
