How to report your stream results to a casino sponsor
Sponsors renew the streamers who send clear numbers without being asked. A good report covers hours streamed, average and peak viewers, the deliverables you agreed and proof of each one, sent weekly during a campaign and once more at the end.

What sponsors ask for
Most casino sponsors want the same core numbers: how many hours you streamed, average and peak viewers, how many streams carried their branding, and whether each agreed deliverable happened, with a timestamp or clip as proof. If you track link clicks or sign-ups, add them.
- Hours streamed and number of streams
- Average and peak viewers
- Each deliverable, with when it happened and proof
- Link clicks and sign-ups, if you track them
- Clips or screenshots of the best moments
When to send it
Weekly during a campaign, and a final report at the end. Agree the schedule at the start so the sponsor knows when to expect it, and send it even in a quiet week.
A simple report template
One page is enough. Start with the period and the headline numbers, then a line per stream: date, hours, average viewers, peak viewers. Finish with the deliverables you agreed against what you delivered, with the timestamps.
If your numbers dropped
Say so and say why: a holiday week, a platform outage, a shorter schedule. Sponsors deal with dips all the time; what loses a deal is a report that stops arriving.
Collecting it automatically with StreamNeeds
Each deliverable you agree becomes a button. Press it when it happens, from a Stream Deck or the dashboard, and StreamNeeds records the moment with a snapshot of the stream at that point. Reports go to the sponsor by email on the schedule you set, per stream, weekly, fortnightly or monthly, built from the same broadcast data you see yourself. Your media kit shows your real 30-day audience numbers for the pitch.
Frequently asked questions
Should I share chat stats with a sponsor?
- If they help: unique chatters and chat activity show an engaged audience, which matters to sponsors as much as viewer counts.
How long should a sponsor report be?
- One page. Headline numbers first, then stream by stream, then the deliverables.
What if I forget to record a deliverable?
- Note it in the report with the time it happened. In StreamNeeds a report only counts the moments actually recorded, so press the button when it happens.
