TikTok coins to USD calculator
Type a number of coins, or pick a coin pack, to see what viewers pay for them and what the creator gets once they're sent as gifts.
Short answer:TikTok coins cost about 1 to 1.5 cents each depending on the pack, store and country, so 1,000 coins cost roughly $10.70 in the app. Once gifted, those coins pay the creator about half their value.

What TikTok coins cost
Viewers buy coins in packs. The price per coin depends on the pack size, the country, and whether they buy in the app or on TikTok's website, where coins are usually cheaper.
TikTok doesn't publish one fixed price list, so the calculator starts at a typical in-app price and lets you change it to match what your app shows. The rates under the calculator are saved in your browser.
From coins to the creator's pay
Coins only become money for a creator once a viewer spends them on a LIVE gift. The gift turns into diamonds, and diamonds can be cashed out. As a rule of thumb, the creator gets about half of what the viewer paid. Use the diamonds calculator to work out a payout.
How to use it
- Type a number of coins, or tap a coin pack.
- Change the coin price if your app shows a different one.
- Read what viewers pay, and what the creator gets if the coins are gifted.

Common questions
How much is 1 TikTok coin in USD?
- About 1 to 1.5 cents, depending on the pack and where you buy. Bigger packs and the website are usually cheaper per coin.
How much is 1,000 TikTok coins?
- Around $10 to $15 for the viewer. If they're all spent on gifts, the creator gets roughly $5.
Can creators cash out coins?
- No. Creators are paid in diamonds from gifts they receive, not in coins. Coins are what viewers buy to send those gifts.
Why is buying coins on the website cheaper?
- The phone app stores take a fee on purchases made in the app. Buying on TikTok's website avoids it, so the same coins often cost less.
Are these prices exact?
- They're typical prices. TikTok changes prices and offers by country, so set the coin price to what your own app shows for an exact answer.
