A numbered raffle is a grid of tickets viewers claim, not an anonymous entry list. Chat can see exactly which numbers are gone and which are left, which is most of the fun.
Draw early if the room is ready
There is no date lock on drawing a winner. If the raffle fills early or the moment is right, you draw — the interface simply relabels the button so everyone can see it was an early draw.
