OBS plugin
StreamNeeds inside OBS
Install one plugin and sign in from inside OBS. It saves a clip from your replay buffer on every big moment, uploads it to your clip library, warns you about dropped frames before chat notices, and updates itself.
What the plugin does
Everything runs inside OBS, so there is nothing else to keep open while you stream.
- Sign in from inside OBS
- Turns the replay buffer on and saves a clip on every win moment
- Uploads clips straight to your clip library
- Names clips from what happened: game, multiplier and who clipped it
- Stream health warnings for dropped frames, bitrate, encoder and lag
- Go live and End stream buttons with start and end scenes
- Chat and activity docks for every platform
- Back up OBS to StreamNeeds and restore it on another PC
- Updates itself

Frequently asked questions
Does the OBS plugin work on Mac?
- The installer is for Windows. Overlays and alerts still work in OBS on any system as browser sources.
Will it slow down OBS?
- It only warns once a problem has lasted a few seconds and keeps its own checks light, so it is built to sit in OBS all stream.
