Clutch mode

Need to focus? One switch hides every overlay and holds every alert. When you switch it off, the alerts you missed play in order.

Short answer:StreamNeeds clutch mode is one switch that hides every overlay and holds every alert so the streamer can focus or record clean footage. Chat, bots and points keep running, and held alerts play in order when it is switched off.

How it works

Flip clutch mode on from the dashboard, Stream Pad or a Stream Deck. Every StreamNeeds overlay hides and new alerts wait in a queue. Chat, bots and points carry on as normal. Flip it off and the overlays come back and the held alerts play one after another, so no supporter misses their moment.

When streamers use it

Ranked matches, final circles, boss fights and recording clean footage for YouTube. Anything where an alert covering the screen would cost you the moment.

How to set it up

  1. Open clutch mode from the dashboard.

  2. Add a Stream Pad key for it if you want one button.

  3. Switch it on when you need to focus and off when you're done.
