Community protection and Alt Guard

Keep giveaways fair and bans real. Alt Guard catches people running several accounts, flags travel with problem viewers, and a ban follows the casino account, not just the chat name.

Short answer:StreamNeeds community protection stops alt accounts and banned viewers from gaming giveaways and raffles. Alt Guard uses a verify link plus wallet and casino-name matching to catch people running several accounts, holds suspected alts out of giveaways, and bans every linked account in one tap.

What it does

The more you give away, the more people try to enter twice. Alt Guard gives viewers a verify link and matches wallets and casino names across accounts, so someone running five accounts shows up as one person. Suspected alts are held out of giveaways until you decide.

When you ban someone, the ban follows the casino username and wallet they gave you, so a new chat account with the same details is blocked until you choose. Account flags let you mark a problem viewer with a reason that other streamers in their communities can see.

What you get

  • Alt Guard verify link and account matching
  • Suspected alts held out of giveaways
  • Ban every linked account in one tap
  • Bans that follow the casino account and wallet
  • Account flags with reasons
  • Keep blocked or allow, your choice for every catch

How it helps every kind of streamer

Small streamer: more engagement

One person winning your giveaways on three accounts kills the fun for everyone. Fair giveaways keep your real viewers trusting you.

I want to grow

A community that knows giveaways are fair tells friends about them.

I want to make more money

Prizes cost money. Stopping alts means every prize goes to a real viewer, which is what you paid for.

Big streamer: run it at scale

At scale, alts are guaranteed. Automatic matching and one-tap bans keep your team from playing whack-a-mole.

How to set it up

  1. Switch on Alt Guard and share the verify link.

  2. Review any suspected alts it finds.

  3. Ban or allow, and bans follow their details from then on.
