Discord tickets

Handle viewer questions without the DMs. Viewers open private tickets from a panel in your Discord, your team claims and answers them, and everything is set up from the StreamNeeds dashboard.

Short answer:StreamNeeds Discord tickets are a support ticket system inside Discord. Viewers open private ticket channels from a panel, staff claim and answer them, and the streamer sets everything up from the StreamNeeds dashboard, with a button that builds the Discord side for them.

What it does

Prize claims, payout questions and reports land in your DMs and get lost. Tickets fix that. A panel in your server lets viewers open a private channel with your staff, and a short form collects the details first.

Your team claims tickets, adds private notes, replies with saved macros and closes with a transcript. Routing moves channels between categories, response targets flag tickets that are waiting too long, and automation rules act when a ticket opens, is claimed, closes or goes quiet.

What you get

  • A ticket panel and private ticket channels
  • Pre-open forms of up to five questions
  • Staff notes, claims and saved macros
  • Routing between categories
  • Response-time targets and automation rules
  • Saved transcripts and a web portal for viewers
